“Creating continues to excite me,
whether it be painting, designing or making music.
For me, these are the necessities of body, spirit and mind.”

Terry Sebastian was born in Cambridge, Ontario, and studied Graphic Design and Advertising at Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario. As a musician, artist, and designer, Terry has developed a passion for creating visual art through conventional and new media applications, delivering simple and versatile ideas for the advertising industry.

Sebastian is best known for his striking and bold oil paintings of the Lake Superior region inspired by living in Northern Ontario. There he completed two solo exhibitions and received the 1997 People’s Choice Award, for his depiction of the northern lights entitled "Emerald Night."
